Call for Papers

Overview

The 21st Asia Joint Conference on Information Security (AsiaJCIS 2026) will be held in Guangdong, China on August 4–5, 2026, hosted by Guangdong University of Science and Technology (GDUST).

This conference focuses on the technical and practical aspects of security applications and will serve as a forum to present new results from the academic research community and industry. Original papers are solicited for submission to AsiaJCIS 2026. Distinguished security experts will also be invited to give keynote and technical talks.

Instructions for Authors

  • Authors are invited to submit original papers. Papers must not substantially duplicate work that any authors have published elsewhere or submitted in parallel to other conferences.
  • This conference adopts double-blind peer review. Submitted manuscripts must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious references to prior work.
  • Authors of accepted papers MUST give an oral presentation at the conference. Papers of authors who do not attend will be removed from proceedings and announced as no-show papers.
  • We accept both regular papers and short papers. The program committee will decide the format upon acceptance.

Submission Requirements

  • Format and Layout: Submissions must follow the EasyChair desktop publishing style (EPiC Series or Kalpa Publications).
  • Paper Size: US Letter (8.5 x 11) or A4 is acceptable, but the print area must be fixed at 145 x 224 mm.
  • Columns: Unlike the IEEE two-column format, EasyChair typically uses a single-column layout.
  • Templates: Authors are required to use the official EasyChair templates to ensure consistent layout and styling. Please download the template for your preferred format: https://easychair.org/publications/for_authors
  • Submission Process: Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format via the EasyChair conference system. Please ensure that the top of the first page (approx. 94pt) is left clear to accommodate the EasyChair logos and volume information added during publication.
  • Important Notice: Submissions that significantly deviate from these formatting standards or ignore the print area requirements may be rejected without further consideration.
